The design brief for this furniture design project in Scarborough, was to design a bold feature piece to welcome visitors as they entered the upstairs kitchen space.

This feature cabinetry bench was designed to add interest and texture to the feel of the space, creating an inviting feature in timber detailing to the bench panel. Solid oak battens were fixed to painted board to grace the facia of the island bench to bring a stylish focal point to the room.
